Welcome to the Merrimac PTO website!

The PTO is a group of parent, staff and community volunteers who organize fundraisers and sponsor school events to benefit the students at Sweetsir and Donaghue schools.  We are looking forward to kicking off the 2016-2017 school year!

Here are a few of the things the PTO does

- Organizes extra-curricular enrichment activities for students

- Plans budget-friendly family fun events throughout the year

- Organizes fundraising events to supply resource materials for our teachers and their classroom

As you all know, this is another of the FUN events the PTO runs for the community. But we cannot put this together without your help! If you would like to volunteer, we are looking for ALL positions – from a Chairperson to running tables and games. Middle and High Schoolers are more than welcome to grab some community service hours. The date for Harvest Festival is tentatively Fri, Oct 28 (it hasn’t been voted yet). Until we have an official chairperson, please email spellerin@merrimacpto.org.
This is going to be another blast!!!!!
